At CHILDReach we understand the importance of sports as it reduces stress and improves overall health. Sports also promotes Team building skills and boosts self-confidence. Various sports activities are conducted at CHILDReach depending on the interests of the students.

Self Defense

Self-defence allows children to defend themselves against physical attacks. The practice of self-defence exercises inculcates a sense of discipline and perseverance. Karate sessions are a regular feature of our morning physical fitness sessions.

Acoustic / Music

These are stress relieving activities. Music is a great way to connect with other people and encourages creativity. Music, singing and acoustic classes are thoroughly enjoyed by our students.

Movement Therapy

Dance is a fun way of doing aerobic exercises. It improves posture, balance and co-ordination. At CHILDReach we have regular dance and movement classes for our students. Opportunities to perform on Annual Day function is a great motivator for the students.

Life Skills / ADL

Independence in Activities of Daily Living are an essential goal for our students. Right from basic culinary skills, simple needle work, personal care and grooming to traveling independently. At CHILDReach all efforts are made to encourage self-reliance in our students.

Communication / Soft Skills

Various workshops on effective communication, Retail skills, personality and leadership development are conducted to bring out the best in our students.
